New PO Delivery Procedure

We will no longer collect package slips at the reception of a package. To ensure proper record keeping of when a package has been received, please go to the Purchase Log Google Sheet and input the approximate day of reception. Make sure all items are accounted for before you mark as received.

Welcome Dinner for Maddy and Layla

To welcome Maddy and Layla, our new lab members, we will be having dinner at Mulan on Friday, September 26th.

New Features Added to Purchase Log

All future Purchase Log Sheets will have a new "Priority" column that will allow all users to pick one of two settings:

⚠️ Hold
🔥 Rush

The "⚠️ Hold" Option is for anyone who wants to log a purchase but doesn't want it fulfilled yet. If this option is selected, nothing happens until you deselect it when I will get a notification that your item is no longer on hold and I can proceed with purchasing as normal.

The "🔥 Rush" Option is more self explanatory--this option should only be used for purchases that must be approved and purchased within the same day. Each time you select this option, Clover and I will get an email with your order details (I recommend you fill out the order details first, then select "Rush"). That means if you select it, deselect it, and select it again, we'll each receive two emails. Please only use this function as necessary.

One last note, do not change the headers. This function will only work for as long as all header names remain the same. If there are any errors, please let me know and I'll help as soon as I can.
